Delivery Policy
Any internet orders placed before 2:00 pm will be shipped the next day by common carrier and may take a few days to reach your location. Next day deliveries are available through our own ABEL trucks to most counties in the Northern Virginia, Southern Maryland, and Washington, DC areas. Any orders less than $75.00 will be subject to a $10.00 delivery fee. Please call our Customer service Department for more details at 1-800-662-2235 (ABEL). We can not at this time ship items overseas.

Returns Policy
To insure proper credit for returned merchandise, you must have authorization within 7 days from receipt of delivery from our main office. You will have 30 days in which to return or schedule a pick-up for your return after authorization has been accepted by Abel Industries, Inc.
Some items from our catalog and all special orders may be subjected to an
additional 20% of the cost of merchandise for a restocking fee. Some items
which can not be returned to our manufacturers may not be issued for credit.

Any freight charges associated with returned items will not be refunded. Claims for damaged goods delivered by common carrier are to be reported to that carrier.
There is a fuel surcharge of $5.00 per order for all orders delivered by our
Delivery Department.
